2008 Agape BBQ Prep
We had 3 smokers going all day for 90 lbs of pork. 14 Agape class members (plus Ralph and Carolyn) came to our house with cutting boards and sharp knives. 90 lbs of whole boneless pork chopped in under 1 hour! Gail made 6 gallons of sauce and she and Carolyn filled 20 gallon freezer bags with meat/sauce!
